When our energy reserves are running on empty we are leaving ourselves open to stress, illness and exhaustion. How can we then look after the people around us, give our all at work, be the best that we can be?

As a very busy mum of two small children and ten years working in busy offices, I really can sympathise with anyone who has a hectic lifestyle. I trained in holistic therapies when I saw the powerful effect they had on me and my life. Simply by investing that time and money in myself I began to see the amazing benefits filter down to all areas of my life.
