Comment: I had The hot stone facial and back massage. I love treating myself and have tried many forms of therapy although this is the first time that I have tried the hot stones. It was pure bliss. The warmth of the stones combined with massage lead to absolute relaxation. I had without doubt one of the best nights sleep for a long time and the tension in my back was greatly eased. As a midwife with nearly forty years experience in hospital and many years in the community I would like to say that the benefit of massage when pregnant or trying for a baby is very undervalued and can be such a wonderful help in getting you though some very difficult and stressful times. Comment: Today I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Hot Stones and it was FANTASTIC. The room is very calm and relaxing and I soon forgot about the world outside. Comment: I've been taking my six month old son Jack, to Helen's baby massage class for two months now, and we both enjoy it!!
